Charlie Milgrim

Charlie Milgrim grew up in New York City and is now a sculptor living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has a BFA from the California College of the Arts and an MFA from UC Berkeley (1993). Milgrim's work conceptually explores the boundaries between the mundane and the seductive. She considers herself a Para-physicist, as her pieces often taunt gravity. Milgrim has had solo shows in New York City at OK Harris Gallery and in San Francisco at Gallery 16 and was recently included in the traveling exhibit The Seduction of Duchamp.
